Six Minutes

There is nothing that lies beyond the four corners of the mat.
Once that whistle blows and the six minutes starts counting down,
Everything fades from your mind.

You are locked in a battle once you step onto the mat it is all or nothing.
You have six minutes to somehow beat your opponent.

Once you step onto that mat you are there to win, it is what you have trained for.
You give it your all now, it is your hand that will be raised.
Anything that is bothering you does not matter because your pain is only temporary.

You give it 110 percent everyday at practice now it is your time to shine
It is your time for glory
Your strength, your will, and your desire to win will all amount to becoming the champion.
