The Morning Shift

Buzz, buzz, buzz!
The alarm clock cries.
The unstoppable hand reaches
and stops the crying creature,
and then the morning starts.

As the warm water touches the skin
The body wakes up,
and the brain starts spinning.
Now, the body joins the morning shift.

Forcefully, the fingers wake computer up.
Beep, beep, beep...
Fretful computer joins the morning shift.
The fingers start working busy.
Print, click. Homework is done!

Breakfast!
Perfect timing. Quick breakfast,
followed by a quick brush.
Pack the school bag then say good bye to the computer.
Rest of the morning shift wishes good luck for the last step.

The relay delivery to school;
to the right classroom,
and to the right place to sit.
Quick settled.
the bell rings, farewell to the morning shift.
